Ingredients:
1/2 cup (tea) of cocoa powder
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
Preparation method:
Mix the cocoa, sugar and melted butter.
Add the eggs, stirring well.
Add the flour and salt, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
If you wish, add chocolate pieces to the dough before baking!

1 can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of butter
Sprinkles or cocoa powder for decorating
Preparation method:
In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, cocoa and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
Let it cool, roll it up and roll it in sprinkles or cocoa powder.

- 1/2 cup (tea) of butter
- 1/2 cup (tea) of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (tea) of refined sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of strong (cold) filtered coffee or 1 teaspoon of instant coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons of hot water
- 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 1/4 cup (tea) of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation method:
- Beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and coffee and mix well.
- Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Gradually add to the previous mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
- Shape the cookies into the desired shape and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add the egg and milk.
Knead the dough for a few minutes.
Divide the dough into molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
