📦 In what cases can I request an exchange or refund? What is the deadline?

You can request an exchange or return for a product purchased on the Mahta website in the following cases:

Defective or damaged product:

Deadline: up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Condition : The product must be returned in its entirety , as in these cases the defect is related to the packaging (torn, crumpled or damaged).
(These are related to the logistics process or transportation)


 
Purchase regret (right to regret - art. 49 of the CDC):

Deadline: up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Condition: the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, accompanied by all original items, accessories and packaging, including the appropriate seals.


✉️ How do I return it?

If you'd like, tell us the reason for your return—it helps us improve! But don't worry: you're not obligated to provide a reason.

🚚 Free Posting Code

After contacting us, we will send you a reverse logistics code so you can post the product at a post office, free of charge.

💰 Analysis and refund

Once the product is returned and analyzed, we will proceed with refunding the amount paid.

Deadlines according to payment method:

💳 Credit card: refund in up to 2 (two) invoices, depending on the administrator's deadlines.

🧾 Bank slip: refund by deposit into an account held by the buyer, within 7 (seven) business days after payment has been cleared and bank details have been verified via the form.

💸 Pix: refund to the same account that made the payment, within 5 (five) business days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the product by customer service.

📌 Important: Boleto payments take up to 2 business days to be recognized by the financial institution. Refunds are always made to accounts under the same ownership as the buyer.

📦 What if I change my mind before receiving the product?

If you request a return before delivery, try refusing delivery upon delivery. If you still receive the item, contact us and we'll continue with the normal reverse logistics process.

🎁 Treats and gifts

Seasonal gifts or treats are not covered by this return policy.
