1/2 cup powdered milk

In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, butter, and açaí pulp. If using white chocolate, add it at this point so it melts together.
Place the pan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan (approximately 10-15 minutes)
Transfer the dough to a lightly buttered plate and let it cool. Once cooled, grease your hands with a little butter, take small portions of the dough, and roll them into balls.
Roll the balls in sprinkles or your favorite topping.

1 sachet of unflavored gelatin (12g)
200 ml of water (divided into 100 ml hot and 100 ml cold)
1/4 cup sugar or sweetener to taste (optional)
Preparation Method
In a small bowl, add 100 ml of hot water and dissolve the unflavored gelatin sachet, stirring well.
In another bowl, combine the thawed açaí pulp with the sugar or sweetener. Add 100 ml of cold water and stir.

Pour the dissolved gelatin into the açaí mixture, stirring well to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Divide the mixture into individual bowls or a large baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is completely set.

5. Acai Cheesecake

200 g of crushed cornstarch biscuits
100g melted butter
For the Filling
300g cream cheese (at room temperature)
200 g of cream
1 cup of açaí pulp (thawed)
1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
4 tablespoons of water (to hydrate the gelatin)
For Coverage
1/2 cup açaí pulp (thawed)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of cornstarch diluted in 2 tablespoons of water
Preparation Method
Base
In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until you get a mixture with the texture of wet sand.
Press this mixture into the bottom of a thick springform pan (about 8 inches in diameter), spreading evenly. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Filling
In a small bowl, combine the gelatin and water and let it soak for a few minutes. Then microwave for 10 seconds or until dissolved.

In a blender or mixer, blend the cream cheese, cream, açaí pulp and sugar until smooth.
