Whole Wheat Toast with Mahta Chestnut Cream Cheese

  • Sliced ​​whole wheat bread (of your choice)

  • 1 cup of cooked cassava

  • 1 cup of cassava cooking water

  • 2 scoops of Mahta Brazil Nut Milk Powder

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Juice of half a lemon

Preparation Method:

  1. Cook the cassava until very tender. Reserve 1 cup of the cooking water.

  2. In a blender, blend the still-hot cassava with the reserved water.

  3. Add Mahta Chestnut Milk, salt, yeast, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.

  4. Finish with lemon juice, blend, and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Assembling the toast:

  • Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices until crispy.

  • 1 dose of Mahta Coffee

  • 150ml Mahta chestnut milk

Preparation Method:

  1. Heat the cashew milk in a saucepan until almost boiling. Use a whisk or mixer to froth it if desired.

  2. Dissolve Mahta Coffee in 50ml of hot water in a large cup.

  3. Add hot milk to the coffee. If desired, add honey, coconut sugar, or sweetener to sweeten.

  4. Finish with ground cinnamon for an irresistible aroma.
