REGULATIONS OF THE “GUT CHALLENGE” CAMPAIGN

MAHTA TRADING AND IMPORTATION OF NATURAL PRODUCTS LTDA ., registered with the CNPJ under number 36,456,577/0001-50, with headquarters at Rua Capitão Antônio Rosa no. 409, Jardim Paulistano Neighborhood, CEP 01443-010, hereinafter referred to as "Mahta".

1 - CAMPAIGN TYPE: Similar to Product Voucher

2 - COVERAGE AREA: The entire national territory.

3 - CAMPAIGN PERIOD: 05/05/2025 to 06/06/2025

4 - PARTICIPATION PERIOD: 05/05/2025 to 06/06/2025

6 - PARTICIPATION CRITERIA:

Both products from the “Superfoods Powder - Amazonian Superfoods Shake” line will be promoted: Amazonian Superfoods Shake - Açaí and Camu-Camu and Amazonian Superfoods Shake - Cocoa.

6.1 The following products produced by Mahta are not participating in this campaign: Mahta Coffee, Mahta Coffee Cocoa and Cashew Milk Powder.

7 - PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS:

7.1 To participate in the campaign, the consumer must be testing the Superfoods product for the first time.

7.2 During the participation period mentioned in item 4, purchase at least 01 (one) product subject to the campaign, consume the product for a period of 7 (seven) calendar days and contact Mahta customer support via WhatsApp (5511964536236), Instagram (mahta.bio) or Email ( [email protected] ).

7.3 The product must be consumed in accordance with the preparation instructions indicated on the back of the packaging:

- 2 scoops with 180ml of water at room temperature

- 3 scoops with 250ml of water at room temperature

7.4 After contacting support, reporting that the product is not working according to the campaign, participate in a meeting via Google Meet with a nutritionist, maximum duration of 30 minutes - scheduled in advance with customer support.

7.5 After meeting with a nutritionist, participate in a meeting via Google Meet, if necessary (you will be informed by the nutritionist during the meeting) with the head of products, maximum duration of 30 minutes - scheduled in advance with customer support.

8 - DISQUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

Entries that do not comply with the general conditions of participation set out in these regulations, or participants who, through their own fault, provide false information, as provided for in these regulations, will not be valid for this promotion.

Participants who are not making their first purchase of a Superfoods product.

Incorrect product preparation cases, if not reported in item 7.1.

Cases of interruption of use of the product during the expected period of 7 (seven) calendar days.

9 - PRODUCT REFUND:

9.1 The refund (if applicable) will be announced during a meeting with a nutritionist or product manager.

9.2 You may be asked to exchange the Superfoods product for another product if a refund is preferable.

9.3 For refund:
You'll be asked to return the product. A code will be sent to you to return the product to the nearest post office.
After the return and receipt of the products by the brand, the following flow will follow:

- If you paid by credit card, the amount will be available in up to 2 (two) invoices, because, even if the refund is made immediately, the card administrator has its own internal deadlines;

- If you paid by boleto, we will refund your bank account within 7 (seven) business days after the payment has cleared the financial institution. This period begins after you submit a form, complete it, and verify the refund information to be processed via our platform. It is important that the information is correct for the refund to be processed;

- If your payment was made via Pix, the refund will be made within 5 (five) business days.
