Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup (tea) of cupuaçu pulp

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk

Preparation Method:

  1. Blend the eggs, sugar, oil and cupuaçu pulp in a blender.

  2. Add the mixture to a bowl and gradually add the flour and milk, stirring until a smooth dough forms.

  3. Add the yeast and mix gently.

  4. Place in a greased pan.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 2 cups (tea) of cupuaçu pulp

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of whole milk

Preparation Method:

  1. In a blender, blend the cupuaçu pulp, condensed milk, cream and milk until smooth.

  2. Place in a container with a lid and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

  3. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.

  1. Blend the cupuaçu pulp, condensed milk and cream in a blender until smooth.

  2. In a baking dish, make layers of biscuits soaked in milk and cupuaçu cream.

Preparation Method:

  1. Make a syrup with the sugar, melting it over low heat until caramelized. Pour into the pudding mold.

  • 4 pirarucu fillets (approximately 800g)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 cup (tea) of cupuaçu pulp

  • 1 box of cream

Preparation Method:

  1. Season the fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and grill the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside.

  3. In another pan, melt the butter, sauté the onion, and add the cupuaçu pulp. Cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add the cream and season with salt. Mix well.

  5. Place the fillets in a baking dish and cover with the cupuaçu cream.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes and serve.
