2 cups (tea) of sugar
3 eggs
1 cup (tea) of cupuaçu pulp
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup (tea) of milk
Blend the eggs, sugar, oil and cupuaçu pulp in a blender.
Add the mixture to a bowl and gradually add the flour and milk, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
Add the yeast and mix gently.
Place in a greased pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

2 cups (tea) of cupuaçu pulp
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1/2 cup (tea) of whole milk
In a blender, blend the cupuaçu pulp, condensed milk, cream and milk until smooth.
Place in a container with a lid and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.

2 cups (tea) of cupuaçu pulp
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 cup (tea) of milk (to moisten the cookies)
Blend the cupuaçu pulp, condensed milk and cream in a blender until smooth.
In a baking dish, make layers of biscuits soaked in milk and cupuaçu cream.
Finish with the cream and decorate as desired (tip: sprinkle cocoa on top)
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk (use the same measurement as condensed milk)
3 eggs
1 cup (tea) of sugar (for the syrup)
Make a syrup with the sugar, melting it over low heat until caramelized. Pour into the pudding mold.
In a blender, blend the cupuaçu pulp, condensed milk, milk and eggs.
Pour the mixture into the caramelized pan.
Bake in a bain-marie at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Wait for it to cool and unmold.

Sauce
1 cup (tea) of cupuaçu pulp
1/2 cup (tea) of brown sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
In a pan, mix all the ingredients.
Place over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Let it cool and serve with meat or vegetables!

4 pirarucu fillets (approximately 800g)
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
1 chopped onion
1 cup (tea) of cupuaçu pulp
1 box of cream
Season the fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and grill the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside.
In another pan, melt the butter, sauté the onion, and add the cupuaçu pulp. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cream and season with salt. Mix well.
Place the fillets in a baking dish and cover with the cupuaçu cream.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes and serve.
